Have bought a renovated property of this company. All in all a very nice apartment. Photos of the objects can be described as polished though. Actually mediocre quality of execution and work. Had to incur additional costs, as some installations were incorrectly fitted. Parquet floor broken in one place after a few days. On inquiry with the architect no concessions. The architect of the company, Mr. Semertsidis, was unfortunately already throughout the whole sale process unprofessional, arrogant and quite unfriendly to customers. Other than that all ok.

State of the art constructions and very professional personnel. Most important is the high quality of materials used, something that cannot easily be spotted by an amateur eye. Very satisfied from cooperation so far, I would highly recommend EPM for those looking for a real state investment.
